As part of our range, we supply specialised shapes in a range of refractory material to suit most applications. We are able to supply specialty shapes in materials ranging from 1450 grade castable to 1800 grade castables manufactured from conventional, low cement and insulating refractory castables. Shapes can be supplied as cast, cast and dried or cast and fired. Cast and fired temperatures range from 250 C to 1400 C.

To assist in controlling tooling costs we source tooling from a diverse range of suppliers. Our tooling can be made from traditional materials such as timber and steel for long runs, to polystyrene for one off and small runs or where very complex shapes are required.

For application where extremes of temperature and abrasion exist we supply Silicon Carbide shapes. These specialty items are made to the highest standards and are high fired to achieve maximum strength.

Specialty shapes range from Burner Blocks, Tiles, Baffles, Port blocks, Arches, Element support tiles, Covers, Duct Liners, Impact Pads, Weir Blocks, Spouts, Nozzles etc.
