As part of our range we supply refractory mortars to cover most applications. We carry heat set and air set mortars which have application temperatures up to 1750 C.

Our Heat set mortar is used in many applications where a forgiving mortar is required and setting time is not the main requirement. This mortar is especially useful in kilns where elements pass through the mortar joints.

Our stock Air Set mortar is Super 3000 We find that this mortar is used very successfully for most of brick work applications for temperatures up to
1650 C. Super 3000 can be used straight from the drum and produces strong bonding with mortar joints up to 3.5mm thick. Super 3000 can be used to bond all types of firebrick including insulating firebrick, Dry Pressed Firebrick, Extruded Repressed Firebrick, Carbon and Silicon Carbide Brick.

We also supply Moral Bond and Refractite mortars as requested and Zircon Mortar for specialty applications.
